The SPR (ScoutPulse Rating) is a 0–99 score summarising a player's output. It is built from declared season data — matches played, goals, assists and average minutes — weighted by position and then normalised for age and league, so an Under 15 player and a first-team player stay comparable. Every card carries a badge showing where the data comes from: Verified data, Self-declared or Estimate.
Messaging with under-18s stays locked until a parent or guardian confirms consent: no scout can write to a minor before that. On the Talent Map geolocation is approximate by area: we store country and region only, never an address, and the marker sits at the centre of the area, not where the player lives. Data is processed under the GDPR (EU Reg. 2016/679) and you can request access, correction or deletion at any time at support@scoutpulsefc.com.
Only scouts and clubs whose identity has passed ScoutShield verification and who hold an active trial or subscription. Profiles are not public and are not indexed by search engines. Players cannot start a conversation — they can only reply to whoever contacted them first. Highlights become visible outside the platform only when the player shares their own link.
It is free for players, forever. Scouts and clubs try every feature for 30 days, then pick a plan: Personal Scout €49/month or Club Enterprise €299/month, billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel yourself from the Stripe customer portal, one click inside your account area: the service stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for and nothing is charged afterwards. No minimum term.
